What is the difference between freemason and illuminati?

They said these two are somekind of religion that worships satan.
I just heard about this freemason thing and i read that it is connected to illuminati in some ways. I've read and seen the The Da Vinci Code by Dan Brown and it says something about Illuminatis. I tried to research on the internet and it really confuses me. Some of my friend saw some articles on the internet that says Illuminatis dominates the music industry, like, if you want to be famous they will like help you or something. They also said that by letting people listen to their music, and by singing to their songs, they can spread the word of Satan. Like Lady Gaga, Rihanna, Taylor Swift, and Beyonce and Jay-z.

I know its kinda dumb to listen to these kind of things but IT REALLY GIVES ME THE CHILLS. so, help please..

It's pretty simple: Freemasonry exists. The Illuminati don't.
